Panthers 28–22 Sharks in NRL Round 1 at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas. Here's how the result stacked up against the model's call, with the win-probability story and where the value landed.

Sharks did most things right with the footy in hand. They completed at 78%, matching Panthers stat for stat there, and shipped just 12 errors to the Panthers' 13.
