NFL Over/Under Tips 2026

The over/under (totals) market asks a single question: will both teams combine for more or fewer points than the bookmaker's line? Alphr's totals model forecasts each team's score and sums them, then compares the result to the market total to find value. Every over/under tip is published before kickoff.

This Week's Totals Tips

Over/under tips are launching for the 2026 season and will appear on the NFL hub once the model is live.

How the Totals Market Works

If the line is 44.5 points, an "over" bet wins when the two teams combine for 45 or more. Alphr's model predicts a total for each game from pace, offensive and defensive efficiency, weather and rest. When the predicted total clears the line by enough to beat the vig, an over or under tip is published.

What Moves NFL Totals

Weather (wind and rain suppress scoring), pace of play, pass-versus-run tendencies, red-zone efficiency and the quality of both defences all shift the expected total. A model that scores each side independently captures these effects better than a single combined number.
