**Miami Dolphins vs Buffalo Bills Prediction and Tips - NFL Week 10, 2025**

_By Ben Dunlop · Published: 10 Nov 2025, 05:00 am_

Miami Dolphins 30–13 Buffalo Bills in NFL Week 10 at Hard Rock Stadium. Here's how the result stacked up against the model's call, with the win-probability story and where the value landed.

Twenty and eight tenths. That's the gap in offensive EPA between Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills, 15.9 to minus 4.9, and it explains a 30-13 scoreline that the raw yardage numbers say shouldn't exist.

Because on paper Buffalo Bills won the day. 393 yards to 370, 28 first downs to 27, Josh Allen throwing for 306 and two touchdowns. None of it mattered. Miami Dolphins led 16-0 at the break and never looked like giving it back.

The early clock told the story. Malik Washington got Miami on the board with under five minutes gone in the first quarter, Jaylen Waddle added another before half-time was even a thought, and Buffalo Bills spent the entire first half staring at a zero. By the time Keon Coleman finally got the Bills moving with a touchdown midway through the fourth, the margin was already 16-6 and the game had a shape Buffalo couldn't bend back.

Three sacks to none tells you where the pass rush lived. Add three turnovers from Buffalo Bills against two from Miami, and you've got a defence that kept forcing the issue while Tua Tagovailoa, for all his own two interceptions, had De'Von Achane bailing him out on the ground. Achane ran for 174 yards on 22 carries and scored twice, the second of those touchdowns arriving with 3:24 left to put the result well beyond doubt. Miami's 197 rushing yards made up more than half their total output, a reminder that Buffalo's run defence, rated the stronger unit coming in at 68 to 45, simply didn't show up.

Waddle was the other name that mattered, five catches for 84 yards and a score, doing enough through the air to make Tagovailoa's modest 173 yards look sufficient. Allen's numbers were gaudier, 28 of 40 for 306, but one of his two touchdowns came too late to change anything, Jackson Hawes crossing with 3:44 left when the deficit was already 17.

None of this fits the pre-match read. Buffalo Bills came in rated 1654 to Miami's 1405, favoured by 8 points and expected to win comfortably behind a backfield rated 68 to 45 and a receiving corps rated 60 to 49. Buffalo Bills had also won three of their last five, averaging 26.6 points a game, against a Miami side that had won just once in five and was conceding 25 a game of its own. On paper this was Buffalo's game to control.

It wasn't. The model had Buffalo Bills favourites at 84 percent and missed the margin by nine points, tipping an 8-point Bills win instead of a 17-point Miami one. The total of 47 held up fine, the actual sitting at 43, but the direction of the result was exactly backwards. Wins and misses, all of it, and this one's filed under the misses.

For Buffalo Bills, the concern is that the yardage and first-down numbers flattered a performance that never controlled the scoreboard. Three turnovers and a pass rush that couldn't lay a glove on Tagovailoa undid whatever Allen built through the air. Miami Dolphins, undermanned on paper in almost every positional category, just made every possession count more.
